"Good rims overall, just a few small scuffs"
The rims were good quality overall. I did notice a couple of minor scuffs, but nothing too serious. They still look nice once installed, and I’d probably buy from them again

"Knowledgeable, but I Had to Look Out for Myself"
They definitely seemed to know what they were talking about, but I wouldn’t say they went out of their way to help. I had to ask a lot of questions and make sure I understood things for myself before moving forward. Not a terrible experience, just not as supportive as I was hoping

"Email support took a bit"
I had to email them a couple times before I got a real answer. The first reply felt generic and didn’t really clear up my question about the rim fitment. They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected, and I still wasn’t totally confident about it afterward. Not a terrible experience, but the email support could definitely be better...

"Got It Fixed in the End"
I had an issue that needed fixing, and while they did take care of it eventually, I felt like I had to keep checking in to find out what was going on. I would’ve appreciated a bit more communication along the way, but at least the problem was resolved in the end.

"Didn’t quite match my setup"
The wheel looked fine at first, but it didn’t really match my OEM setup the way I expected. I ended up having to double-check a bunch of things and it just got kind of frustrating... not really what I was hoping for.

"Decent rim, but the packaging was rough"
The rim got here in one piece, but the box was thin and there was barely any padding inside. It must have been sliding around during delivery because it ended up with a small scuff on it. Not a huge deal, and I didn’t feel like going through a return over it, but for something this heavy you’d think they’d pack it better. Delivery itself was fine and it showed up on the day I expected, right while I was out grabbing coffee, but the protection definitely needs improvement

"Helpful, but a little slower than expected"
I ordered from autorimshop.com and ended up needing to reach out to customer service about my order. They did get back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was hoping. Reading between the lines, it felt like they were probably busy rather than ignoring me, because once they replied, the answer was clear and helpful enough. Overall, not a bad experience, I just wish the response time had been a little quicker.

"Good Fitment, Shipping Was a Little Slow"
I ordered a rim for my car from autorimshop, and overall it worked out well. I was a bit concerned that the fitment might be off or that it wouldn’t line up correctly, but it matched my vehicle information without any issues. I installed it and didn’t notice any rubbing, spacing problems, or anything weird like that. It also looks the same as my other wheels, which was exactly what I needed. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the shipping could have been a little faster, but as far as fitment and appearance go, it was definitely solid

"TPMS worked with my car"
Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous ordering a tire pressure sensor online, but the one I got from autorimshop.com ended up working with my car just like the listing said it would. After it was installed, it synced up and the warning light finally went away.
Shipping was okay, not exactly super fast, but nothing too bad. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do wish the fitment info was a little easier to understand before buying.

"Checkout was frustrating"
I tried to place my order, but the checkout page kept reloading every time I went to pay. On top of that, the shipping total didn’t show up until late in the process, which was annoying because it felt like the terms kept changing right before I finished. The order did eventually go through, but the whole thing was more frustrating than it needed to be.
